Well done guys. I wasn`t sure whether to even ask Roz if she could step in because I knew she had a lot going on right now, but given how close you guys are, I thought it was worth letting Roz know about Wednesday.

Nobody else seemed interested, or perhaps they were but didn`t live close enough to be able to help. HC has members all over the UK and worldwide, so if a hamster is in Scotland, he may as well be in Australia if someone can`t be close enough to the area to help. I find this happens to me all the time when I see a hamster I want but distance always proves a barrier.

Looking forward to updates now on Wednesday.

Wednesday is in her new home! Roz says she is settling in well and doesn't seem as nippy as Chloe had told me. (Similar to Priscilla, I guess).
I am so glad Wednesday finally has the home she deserves <3

I`m SO pleased this ended with Wednesday finding her forever home and with someone I know will adore her. Thanks for making the effort LifeWithPets, it was a bit of a journey to find the right home, but it`s ended well. x

Edited to add: Remember to update your rehoming thread as `rehomed`!!

So happy Wednesday's in her forever home with Roz, I do think Wednesday's character and personality will come through as she settles into her new home.
Lifewithpets, thanks to you and your determination to get Wednesday a better and loving owner, I hate to think what would've happened to her if you hadn't stepped in.
To Roz, a big thank you for rescuing and providing a forever home for Wednesday.
Racing Hamster, thanks for getting in touch with Roz.

It`s a lovely outcome for all concerned. Roz is a darling (I know she will thump me for saying that!) but she is. Like me, she will step in where she can if a needy hamster is unwanted and can help. Hopefully when Roz finds her password for HC she will post a few images of Wednesday soon. x
