Yeh I did I might put some more in, I know it's not instant I just hoped we might be a bit further along by now. I can't get her out if her cage because she hides hopefully she will come to trust me

Re: Introducing Nutmeg
You've not had Nutmeg long, a couple of weeks?
I think you're expecting too much too soon. Remember all hamsters are different when it comes to taming. Putting too much pressure on her could set her back.
If she senses you're getting impatient she will be more nervous. Every hamster I've had were different when it came to taming.
Keep with the tissue trick and do it daily, talk quietly and softly to her and whenever she shows herself be sure to praise her.

Re: Introducing Nutmeg
Have you tried using a tube or something else to get her out of the cage. You may need to put a treat of some food in the tube etc to get her to go in.
She can then be put in the bath, playpen or box for taming.
