Default My new hammy

I got this little guy off gumtree he is lovely the people said that he bites but he hasn't bit me yet only handled him twice though. These pics were took when he arrived. I have named him hafferty

He hasn't bit me but he belonged to young children so i think they might of mishandled him so he bit them. I think any animal deserves a home not matter what

aww thats so loyal of you to have him. i have a rescue ham from the local rescue center who needed a home too but he is a very friendly boy! im scared of them if they bite!

He looks gorgeous. I am sure he will settle down nicely with confident handling. He probably has never been tamed. I don't think there are that many Syrians out there who can't be persuaded to love a human.

He looks adorable and good for you giving him a loving home and a second chance. You are so right that every animal deserves a loving home regardless of how they behave.
I am sure now he is treated with gentleness and calmness he will be absolutly fine.

I had a troubled rescue that never stopped biting but I still loved him and played with him. I loved tug of war with bits of string!

He looks adorable. You are very brave taking him on even though they said he bites. Some children handle them so roughly & for too long, not suprising they bite now and again. He must like you better.
