umm, pretty sure she's white bellied - because I worried about the Wh gene after reading about it on here... BUT I can always check later when the princess awakens from her slumber. She only gets up in the day to use poo corner - and sometimes she's too lazy for even that, she'd much rather do it in bed then throw it out :/ she's far too grouchy in the day for cuddles :P and she has to be awake for at least 2hrs at night before she's happy to come out... lol

Re: meet Gloria...!
If she *did* had the Wh gene, I think she would just be a carrier as it would have affected her by now, so unless you were wanting to breed from her it shouldn't matter. I'm sure if I'm wrong, someone will correct me I love your captions on the photos, and that drawing of her makes me want to swoon!

Re: meet Gloria...!
Echoing what Amy said. The only other colour I can think of is mink, but she wouldn't have the darker flashes.

Re: meet Gloria...!
Spyro - with patterned hamsters it's very hard to tell if they carry Wh since I believe most have a white belly to begin with (also agoutis, which your lovely lady is, calls for an ivory belly on cinnamon).
If you DID breed her, you'd want to breed her to a solid self, that is a black, cream, sable, chocolate, etc. Ones that are coloured that way all around. If the solid babies born have white on their bellies, or if you have roan creams, then she carries the Wh gene.
From what I hear from Souffle, it's rather uncommon in the UK pet store rings, and if they're from a breeder, I believe the breeder should be able to warn about possible white belly.

Re: meet Gloria...!
OMG! How very cute, sleeping with her paw on the peanut. I was..."Oh, how cute!"...out loud all by myself when I saw it. Fantastic photo. Gloria is just beautiful and, clearly, very well loved already. I am so looking forward to watching her grow up on HC.
