Default Baileys Babies - 1st pics at 18 days old

Its been videos only up until yesterday just to be on the safe side but today we got pics, they do have their eyes open in these but they are all caught up in the ecstasy of eating... even mum!

Any ideas on colours now folks?
I know we have 4 Golden banded (I knew my crystal ball was working ok :P) and 6 dark coloured ones. Mostly all of the dark ones are boys and the banded are female funny enough....

I'm thinking maybe Umbrous Golden for the dark ones, their faces are gingerish tinged, and some Golden ticking coming through their coats. As you can see they have no white eye rings and dark cheek flashes so they are not Sable.

They are already eating me out of house and home but I must admit I am totally captivated by this bunch, they are already showing signs of being very intelligent and loveable, they come running to my voice and clamour to sit in my hand when I give them food

This video was taken a couple of days ago

Oh my they are just so adorable. I feel all broody now. Bet you cannot stop peering in the cage at them. They look like umbrous golden and umbrous golden bands. The banded one has a nice band. Sometimes straight goldens look very dark at this age also. What colour was the dad? Enjoy them as they get bid all too soon.

Aw they are absolutely cute and gorgeous, Spacemonkey. They look lovely chubby babies and shiny coats. They are all obviously doing very well. They do eat an awful lot at this stage don't they? Congratulations.
I've come over all hamster broody now.

They sure look like umbrous goldens to me with/without band. And all absolutely gorgeous!

I love the video where the banded girlie falls over cos she's concentrating on her food so much, and then the unbanded one only gets a second or two at the food before Bailey carts her/him back to the nest. Priceless!

And you've got all these people broody! Now me, I'm not like that at all, I've got too much sense, and no, they were lovely, but I haven't been affected at all...
......****she lies
