Yes, I really think more companies should allow dogs in the work place (where feasible, of course!). It boosts morale and at the end of the day, makes for happier staff! ![](https://www.hamstercentral.com/community/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif) Our office has my boy and my colleagues Border Collie - both happily mooch around, entertain themselves and sleep! They don't distract from work and are no bother at all.
You're not totally wrong in thinking I work in a kennels. We're a Pet Shipping Company but do regular boarding too, although I don't work in the kennels, my role is office based

Re: Puppy, Honey!
Let's see, if she is a mix between a bouncy and energetic Jack Russel Terrier, and a little vibrating Chihuahua (they shake when they are nervous or scared of course)....would that make her the canine equivalent of a Mexican Jumping Bean?
Okay, seriously though...she's a cute little love!!!!

Re: Puppy, Honey!
Hey guys!
Honey has learnt some new things ...
She has learnt "Paw"
She also has known "sit" for ages (we taught her at the start)
She also has learnt "twist" which is basically her spinning around!

Re: Puppy, Honey!
She`s lovely Snowz. Just wanted to say, never be tempted to let her off the leash in an open park or in areas you are not sure about. Larger dogs can do real damage to tiny dogs like Honey so do be on your guard when out and about. x

Thanks, she was in our garden on all these photos. When we do put her down we make sure that their are no dogs around. Once we aloud her (on leash) to go and meet a dog and they were both good. We never take her off the leash when shes walking.

Re: Puppy, Honey!
There are so many small dogs harmed and even killed by (not you!) owners lacking aforethought and not paying attention to other dog`s behaviours/body language. Having other dogs come running up doesn`t mean they will wag their tail and roll over! Many will have intent. Carry a stick (slim walking sticks are good) with you when out and about as a way of using it as a tool to keep any dogs from coming too close. I used to carry one when walking my Labrador. x

Re: Puppy, Honey!
Oh I am so jealous you can take your dog to work!
I've never had a tiny dog and didn't think how dangerous it might be for the little guy! I had a scary event one day walking in the park and a lady was there training her two German Shepherds. One of them fixated on my 3-legged greyhound and got away from her handler and ignored the call to return. She came straight over to us and I was not happy. I kept Annie near my side and kept turning so I was facing the dog. I had a length of lead ready to swat her with if she rushed but didn't have much hope there! Anyway I thought-- what universal command would likely be known by the dog? I went with a stern "NO" Standing tall and trying to convey confident body language. Well she wasn't too interested in me but she never rushed. I was not getting "play" vibes off her but not fight either. I think she was curious about the "wounded" dog and was deciding. I was sure glad when the handler caught up with her!
Sorry enough about me your Honey is so adorable!
