If you have to separate her, keep her cage close to others so that she is aware that she is not alone.
My little rattie Jerry is on antibiotics at the moment - we give him his medication mixed in some baby vanilla pudding - goes down like a treat - he gets a baby spoonful of pudding twice a day. All the best to you and the little one.
