Clearing out unread posts

Ummmm.....I'm scratching my head here although the answer is probably staring me in the face
Can anyone tell me how I clear out all unread posts? The forum is telling me I have 760 unread posts since my last visit, I'll never get around to reading all past pots, lol. I would like to start over.

If you click on quick links there is a "mark forums read" - second one down.

doh and there's been me clicking every thread and randomly scrolling til it goes away never even considering there would be an easier way
