Okay well... Yesterday morning i was getting ready for school and just sorting out my jumper and i noticed my neighbours over the road, well their cat was in hunting "mode" and i thought - oh great, got a mouse :/ but i owntwo cats and as much as i LOVE animals i know its their instinct so i thought nothing, but then i saw wings flap so i instantly thought somethings wrong - that pigeons still alive, and it isnt flying off! :S So i ran out shoo'd the cat off, and what not... the pigeon wouldnt move and i thought it was a young bird cause it had yellow hairs on its head; then i thought - okay broken legs/feet because it was dragging its body to
try and get away from me, but it failed. I was gona try pick it up - but what was i suppose to do with it after that? Leave it in the garden where my cats and about a billion other could get it? No, and i had school but mom said she'd check on it. And through school i couldnt stop thinking about this bird! And i even started to get watery eyes! So i put a handful of bird seed down my the bird, and maybe that could keep it alive { i didnt even think to put water out! Stupid me! }
But just before i left it my neighbour {who owns the cat} came out asked what was going on; put the cat in, and then STARTED LAUGHING? I was like, yeah its
sooo helerious isnt it? A poor animal thats obviously in distress needing help from
someone and then an animal lover seeing it and trying to help - yeah thats so funny!! :@

Anyway - i got home, and saw it had gone, i assumed it had died or a cat had dragged it away, This morning; again didnt see nothing, but then a bout an hour ago my dad noticed a pigeon curled up by MY garage; i dont care what
anyone says - that pigeon somehow dragged itself across the road and up our drive, it saw me come in and out the house about 5 times and - again, dont care what anyone says,
i honestly beleive it came to MY house because it knew it would help it <3 So of course - me being me, grabbed a box and me and my mom took it up the vets, they said yeah it has to have something wrong with it if it can barley walk, so they took it, and said we could ring to see how he is tomorrow, my god i hope he's okay! <3
I will NEVER like that neighbour again! :@ and i swear to god; if she tells somebody about it {because we have parties, all the niehgbours sometimes} - i dont care if she thinks im a spoilt brat or have no manners im going to tell her what i think :@ Because when it comes to animals - they come first most of the time - i know that sounds selfish but of course, if my family and close friends - animals even if it isnt mine will come next for sure!
Hope Mr.Pigeon gets better :(
