Hello everyone. My name is Tom and I live in North Yorkshire, UK. I have only recently been introduced to the pleasures of hamster ownership after looking after my friend’s Russian hybrid called Belle while they went on holiday for a fortnight. It was so rewarding to take care of this lovely little lady that there is a void in my life now she has gone back home that I must fill. So, I am now looking for another dwarf, ideally a WW, to give a home to.

This seems such a friendly, informative and well managed forum. I did quite a bit of research before I looked after Belle and have learned so much from here already. I have a few questions which I will ask in the appropriate sections but, for now, Hi

Thank you all for the warm welcome.
I have almost finished making a storage bin cage and am getting excited at the prospect of finding my hamster.
Photos will be posted of the cage when it's finished and of course of my hamster when I find one.
