However, after all that, my ham didn't take to it, so I'm using a regular bottle (which is less of a fuss to clean; I was always scared one of the small pieces of the sippy nozzle would go down the plughole!)
It's great to see pics of cage layout, cos novices like me arrange things only to find that the hamster pleases himself , and once he is settled in a bed and toilet routine, I feel like I cant change things around without upsetting him.

Thank you so much! I filled the Sippy up last night, that's when I first noticed it had dripped into the cage as it had gone down half an inch. Hmmmmm!
Oh believe me, I am a total novice too so I feel exactly the same! I daren't move anything as I fear she'll come out of her house after her sleep, and woop my ass for moving things around!

The bridge is from P@H believe it or not. Its with all the Woodlands stuff and comes in three parts that you just slot together. I've added the little log roll to the side just to make it more interesting (hopefully!).
When I first got her she would play on her wheel and then just drop off to sleep for 5 minutes on there as its a perfect fit for her little podge. It was so sweet! I thought I had a narcoleptic hamster!
