Robin's current cage set up, old style Barney (wheel is at the back).
His cage is a little cramped for my liking so he does spend a lot of time in his play pen. He loves his lootcrate fort with lots of doorways cut into the boxes and connecting to each other.

Ooh I love that playpen! That looks like a real Den!
Cosmic - great to see the Alaska set up and the cages stacked ![](https://www.hamstercentral.com/community/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif) And Annie looks very determined and in charge standing like that on her saucer lol. I really like her set up. Sorry to sound picky - but just wanted to mention that if she is climbing and jumping a lot from the bars, like you mentioned, that chains can be a bit of a risk. I have that Savic rat tube as well, and love it, but I decided not to use the chains it came with - you could tie it up with sisal string maybe? That's what I used - it's safe to chew.
Also her saucer is too small for a Syrian really - they need the 12" one - sorry if that's temporary and you already know that.

loot crate is a company that sends monthly boxes to your house, if you subscribe to them but they're all very nerdy and have some sort of video game or movie or cool theme, such as villains or superheroes or even walking dead. Each time they surprise you with cool stuff you could only get from there and its just really cool, and the boxes make for cool forts i suppose lol since their all very unique and also have to do with the theme

Re: Let's See Your Cages (May 2016)
Couldn't get any shaving. I think I'm going to go with a 10kg fitch bale and hope it fits in a cupboard... I'm having a hard time picturing the size. Read on another thread that the 10kg can do an 80x50cm cage 6 months-ish? Which if that’s true it seems ridiculous to spend the money on carefresh!

The Fitch certainly does last ages! I'd say the 10kg bag would probably fit in a cupboard

Re: Let's See Your Cages (May 2016)
Here's Percy's set up. He is in my 100x60x60 DIY cage. He has Tierwhol Super as his substrate, there is about 6 inches in there even though he hasn't shown any interest in burrowing.
He has a DIY shelf at the back which is about 58cm long, for it fits perfectly along the width of the cage if I wanted it to. On the shelf he has his food bowl, his water bowl and a whimzie and a treat stick. (Just wanted to clarify this is a very very special treat because I am going away for a week on Monday)
He has a large Flying Saucer and a 29cm Karlie Wonderland Wheel. There are 3 bendy bridges in his cage and rocks, wood pieces and a mug. I have been freezing his mug recently as the weather has been beautiful!
