Default Should I leave my young hamster

I am going into hospital for a couple of weeks and don't know what to do about my young hamster who i've only had for a couple of weeks. I live alone but she could stay in my flat and my sister will pop round daily to do her food and things, but that would mean that she wouldn't have time out of the cage or with people because she sleeps all day.
Or i could take her cage to my sisters and she will keep her for two weeks until i am well again. i don't know how much stress that would cause her though...

any thoughts, you would really be helping me ??

I think I'd take her to your sisters where she can continue with taming and also be a bit more involved in life and getting used to sounds and people around. I think she would be just fine as long as she is in her normal cage and you give instructions on her care and a vet contact just in case.
I hope your hospital stay goes well and you return feeling better again

I agree with Souffle and I hope all goes well for both of you while you're in hospital anyway

Yeah take her to your sisters. Hope everything goes well in hospital! 2 weeks is a long time but, it'll fly by quickly if you know your hammie is being looked after.

Agree with all the above. It`s better to have someone there not just to feed and water, but to check that the hamster is okay and not ill or gets into any mischief. Leave her directions and a vets telephone number just in case of any emergencies. Get well soon after your hospital stay. x
