This one looks brilliant as well - I love the big agricultural shows, they are a great day out. I was also gutted when this one got cancelled last year, here's hoping for a drier summer this year

Who's coming to this one? (Do I have a life outside hamsters, I ask myself ).

Me Me ME - I am coming, and I was horrified when it was cancelled too last year (although I did at least get to the rearranged show at Hoyland instead)
I hopefully may have some more babies by then too
(Holly, stop fighting it, just bow to the inevitable - our lives do revolve around our hamsters )

We will be there. Its only 10 minutes for us Hopefully it will not be cancelled this year as they have moved the show ground to the top of the hill beside the Emley Mast and not in the flooded river valley

i can't remember how far this is. about 2.5 hours i think.

my problem is that Orchid and Paddy could have kids and Ruby could be knocked up and therefore there'd be no-one to enter anyway

As souffle said we will be there! We will be coming regardless of hamsters, as being an agricultural show there is lots to do with all the craft and other animal tents, and the displays. It's really close to us as well!

Hmm, 3 and a half hours away for us. We were hoping to get to a Northern in the Summer holidays and it looks like this is the only one - but it's still a very long way. Maybe we'll try and book a room so we can stay overnight ...

We know some local places with rooms available; let us know if you want any details, because we live only a few miles away.

It would usually be too far for us too, but maybe an overnight stay would make it do-able though. Hmmmm....lets have a think...
