Re: Midland - Great Alne - 9th July 2011
There will be home-made cakes at very cheap prices in the kitchen if you can't get to the shops
No toasties this time (thank goodness) but we have hot dogs and various baps with salad.
Also breakfast baps for people who don't have time to catch breakfast before they set off - me for one!
I will be in the kitchen all day, no doubt, but please do come and say hi, look forward to seeing you all there.

Re: Midland - Great Alne - 9th July 2011
Oh dear - hope I haven't spoilt Basia's day with these - I doubt I have! Pretty certain you will be eating them to be polite ![](https://www.hamstercentral.com/community/images/smilies/icon_mad.gif) they look like a very young child did them. It was my first attempt at cupcakes (I normally do mansize cakes, proper ruddy cakes, but these are easy to eat by hand I guess). There will be 10-12 cakes in the morning. If I don't eat them for breakfast!
Completely exhausted and in lots of hand pain from icing, but looking forward to the morning. I am certain those breakfast baps will be delighted to meet us ![](https://www.hamstercentral.com/community/images/smilies/icon_twisted.gif) We are leaving at around 8, stopping for a Starbucks on the M6 (we make very precise plans!) and will be there about half ten. I am hoping some local friends will guard the sales table for me until then muahahah!

Re: Midland - Great Alne - 9th July 2011
Such a wonderful day today, we even had nice weather so I slung on the summer gear ![](https://www.hamstercentral.com/community/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
I was majorly late getting up, but by some miracle managed to arrive on time!
The cakes were indeed scrumptious, sadly didn't get round to tasting Sammybingos though >_<
Treo got highly commended in pet class
Bacardi - reserve
Squishy - unplaced
Squirt wasn't entered as hes decided to change into wintercoat
