Default Lump on rear quarter

Hi all, had Syrians for many years now but recently little Waffles has developed a lump on her rear quarter, she has no issues with me touching it so its not bothering her but im certain its getting slowly bigger and feels a bit squidgy rather than solid.

Anyway iv never had this with any of my previous 9 Syrians, im guessing a Vets visit is in order but what exactly can they do? I presume they dont do procedures on little hamsters?
