Urgent Help for Roborovskis

Hi, I'm afraid I don't really post on here much, but some of you may recognise me from other hamster forums.

Anyway, I'm posting this message about because I really need some help, and am hoping I'll be able to find it here. Here goes...

Hi, I was just wondering if we had any experts in roborovskis and/or their health on here, or if anyone could point me in the right direction.

I would prefer not to go in to detail on a public forum (those of you who know me might work out why) as it might be quite sensitive.

I have quite a lot of experience with hamsters and common health problems, I have also consulted with an experienced vet who has thrown up some suggestions on the problem in question, so please understand this is not your typical problem, but I don't feel satisfied we have got to the root of this.

Anyway, hope someone out there can help - I guess I'm looking for robo/dwarfie breeders, experienced vets or people who have otherwise owned a lot of robos over the years, although of course if you don't fall under any of these categories but think you have pretty good experience and might be able to help, then please get in touch, either in a reply or via PM.

well i wouldn't say i was an expert but i know quite a bit about robos through the care of my own.
I cannot help particularly with the injury, illness etc. side of things as i have little experience but i can help with any behaviour or other problems.
I would be happy to try and help or at least give any advice i can. There are many other members who know a lot more than me that will help soon if not already. Please feel free to pm me with your problem if you want.

I would suggest you contact Tammy at Oak Farm Rodents as she is the most experienced person I know. She has a website here

On Souffle's advice I have sent Tammy an email, and hopefully she'll be able to think of something.

Still welcoming help from anyone else in the meantime!

thats fine i thought it might be health related. That why i mentioned that wasn't the area i could help
