Unhappy My hamster keeps scratching and skin is peeling

My hamster has only very recently recoverd from a stroke while i was away. luckly she is allot better and seems to be walking fine, eating fine and drinking fine but ever since she has been scratching allot. I have noticed her skin peeling where she has scratched but it doesnt seem to be sore. I'm not sure if its to do with having the stroke or somthing else. Please help!

I agree that she really needs seen. If she is scratching then she may have mites or a skin infection which would be easily treated and she would feel much more comfortable then.
It could be due to the stroke and maybe that area is not getting so much blood supply or has been damaged. Check her nails are not too long as often happens when they are not very active after illness as there will catch and open up the wound when she scratches.
