Talking ECF order

sorry yet another thread i hate making a load, but i'm really excited when i make orders

So i spent £33.93, thanks to the fact i had a 10% off discount code!

And this is what i got:
1. Enclosed safe senior rodent wheel (wodent wheel lookalike) - for my spare cage
2. Silent spinner 4.5" - for Peggy
3. Silent spinner 6.5" - for cabinet cage
4. Ferplast short straight tube - for inbetween porridges two cages
5. Options mini grooming set - too control porridges fur
6. Trixie hamster ladder natural wood - for spare cage
7. ferplast small wooden ladder - for porridge
8. Universal water bottle and metal holder - thought it'd be useful sometime and the bottle was only 99p

So yh i can't wait for it to arrive, although if they deliver during the day i'm not sure how that works if we're not in. Hopefully just a note left and we can arrange for them to bring it a day we are in.

i meant to note what colour silent spinners i wanted but forgot oh well it'll be a surprise!

let me know how good or bad your experiences have been with them

How exciting! I love ordering stuff for the furries! I was very impressed with ECF to be honest. I did pay for the express delivery (I'm very impatient!) but it was delivered within 24 hours so I was really chuffed. It came by Parcelforce so they will leave you a card if you're not in. I bet you can't wait to open that big box

I got my Duna Multy from ECF; it came pretty quickly, but the lid was cracked, however I rang them to request a new on on a Saturday afternoon, and had the new one by the following Tues, so can't complain. It's good to hear what people are ordering cos sometimes it makes you think of stuff that you'd otherwise miss (and we want our furry friends to have the best of everything)!

yh i find it hard to choose what i want though, cause i'd have it all!!!
When i told my mum how much it'd cost, she was like "all that money just for hamsters" even though i've payed for it. But then i just was like well do i spend it on anything else, so she gave in

I spent about £25 on ECF last time but I was happy because I got loads for my money there and the pets love their new toys. It's all worth it!

I always spend enough for free delivery on sites, it's a good excuse to spend more

I will no longer be ordering from ECF, unfortunately. I love their prices, but out of the 6 times I have ordered from them, every single order has had a broken item except one. 2 cages that I have ordered have been broken, which is a huge pain, and they refused to pay the return shipping on one of them - they didn't say no, they just ignored my emails. I sent 7 emails and all of them were opened (my emails have a tracker that tells me when they are opened) and yet I was ignored. Legally they had a right to pay return shipping on a broken item but they were not willing to even deal with me. I was highly disappointed and frustrated, as I cannot use the cage at all.

I just ordered a Duna Multy and a rabbit shelter from them. Yes it arrived quickly. But the cage was cracked and the shelter had a piece broken off. Their low prices are not worth the hassle for me any more. I can only hope I don't have to pay the return shipping for these broken items, or get ignored yet again.

Oh dear I'm sorry you've had such a bad experience with them. I do hope they don't ignore you again and make up for it!
I'm praying all my itemsvarrive safely and if not, I am dealt with respectively!
With cages I am always reluctant to order online and prefer to be able to collect myself
