Latte settled in

Little Latte is finally content in his new home. At first we thought he was a lazy ham but turns out he was just shy! Now he entertains us by running at full speed in his wheel and ball and getting into things during play time. Here are some photos from couch time today. He tried to eat the remote keys! But overall he was a good boy and got his favorite treat, a peanut, upon returning to his cage.

I'm so jealous, my little one does not want to be friends and if I had 'couch time' I fear I would never see her again.

Me too! I would love to have mine on the couch but I think she'd just race off!

In some ways I got lucky bec I got him from a small pet store so he was already pretty used to humans and just had to get used to me in particular. He is fast but I take the back cushions off so he can't run under them and that helps him not get lost!
