Harry Hamster & Veggies?

In college at the moment we are doing an assignment on nutrition. I am focusing on hamsters for this assignment and I have been doing some research. According to that research the food my hamster currently has is no good, so I've been looking for a better quality mix and I always see Harry Hamster mix pop up when I research it online. I was wondering if this was any good for a daily mix because I saw that it has peanuts in it, which I thought were bad for a hamster on a daily basis? I would love to know if there are any other good food recommendations from anyone, I just want whats best for my hamster.

I have also been doing some research and I appear to be wrong on how often you should be feeding veggies to your hamster. I always thought that feeding them veggies too often would give them a bad stomach, but according to some recent books and respectable websites, you're supposed to feed them a small amount of veggies every day? So I would love to know if I am supposed to be feeding my hamster veggies every day because at the moment she only has them about 3 times a week.

Peanuts in addition to a hamsters mix on a daily basis wouldn't be a good thing although they are ok as an occasional treat. As part of a mix that is well balanced in terms of protein, fat & fibre overall they're fine.
I give my hams veg every day, I'm always careful to start them slowly but once they get used to it I find they never seem to eat more than is good for them so I don't worry too much about the quantity but I do give them as much variety as possible.
