How do you sterilize a water bottle for a hamster?

I read a book on eBay and it said you should do this twice weekly.

We find a good wash with hot water and a bottle brush cleans them well. A rinse when you change the water daily will keep them fresh. You can use the sterilising tablets you get for cleaning babies bottles if you really want to be sure they are sterile.

Thanks souffle. I rinse them daily anyway but the tablets sound like a great idea.

hehehehe but i feel as though my hammy is my baby...when he wakes up and looks at me with his sleepy eyes, i really feel like he's my baby

well he knows he gets treats whenever he wants them lol
