Default Feeding plan

I'm interested to know if you have a feeding plan for your hamsters. Do they get certain things on such a day then something else on another day. At the moment my hamsters diet isn't all that varied. It mainly consists of their dry mix, meal worms and oats. I have to admit I always forget to feed vegetables and I know they are important. Does anyone add meat to the diet?

I always have a packet of ready-prepared salad in the fridge at this time of year which I also feed to my hamsters. My hamsters get one or two strips of carrot most nights and red cabbage or lettuce twice a week. btw rinse ready-prepared salad before giving it to hamsters because it's rinsed in water laced with chlorine bleach before packing.

Meat, usually roast chicken breast or roast beef whenever we're cooking it. A freeze-dried mealworm if there is no other animal protein available.

Other than that I just bung them 10g of whatever dry hamster food they're currently getting
