For my mix I have p@h premium as the base with white rice (would I be able to use brown too/instead?) and oats. I have seen all of your mixes and want to adapt mine. I'm going to get some wild bird seed but I want to know where to get the following (and which 'type' I would need)
- herbs (dried)
- dried vegetable (is there a way I can do this myself?)
- blossoms
- dried 'bugs'

Also, is there anything else you would recommend I put in???

for my syrians mix i use Harry Hamster mixed in with a little bit of P@H regular food (im switching him over fully to HH)
mixed in with a few porridge oats.

For treats i use rotastack choc drops which he loves, P@H treat sticks or any treats i can find from P@H lol. Thinking of trying millet?

I use Wagg food ATM but going to switch to HH soon!
I also give a little bit of vegetables each day, a tiny bit of carrot or whatever i can find
I give her the little fruit shaped cereals as treats.
Does anyone recommend what type of oats/seeds i should put in the mix for her???
and is it fine to put oats/nuts/seeds in EVERY DAY? or just as treats(?)

Squeak gets a mix of P@H food and hamster nuggets (she will be switched over to JR hamster feast shortly when she's eaten enough so I can mix it in, millet spray, dog biscuits (1-2per week) meal worms (2-3 per week), alf alfa blocks 1 per week, yoghurt drops 2-3per week, strawberry yogurt drops, 1 per week, 1 teaspoon of porridge and milk per day, jr farm corn 1 piece per week, 1 naturals carrot and fennel stick per week, she's also got a small wooden log stuffed with carrot in the corner of her cage, a jr farm nibble block, and I'm going to get her some monkey nuts and bird seed to mix in with her food. I will also be introducing fresh vegetables.

My RC dwarfs get this mix that I do myself plus veggies every day.

I give sunflower seeds, linseed, sesame seed and soybean flakes as treats. Sometimes a spray of millet, a cob of durra, or a spray of flax. Or they get to hunt live crickets.
