What can i try now?

All of my small animals have loved dandelions(the flower and leaves), cooked or uncooked pasta, cooked or uncooked rice, and an assortment of baby foods! especially the rice ones, and the apple and pear

how much and how often do you give baby food and rice or pasta?
as don't want to over do it and make them ill, im new to this and love my hammies

Baby food I just give very occasionally as a treat, but veggies, or pasta, currents, etc about twice a week.
