Default Advice please

so as you may or may not know i have two Robo dwarf hamsters Gizmo and Grace who have never got on and had to be separated.
I have tried reintroducing them but Grace is so scared and runs away squeaking even though iv introduced them slowly and like people said you should, which is sad.
I dont mind keeping them separately but it would be nice if they could have friends.
So my OH went to pets at home near his house (179 miles away from me) and sent me a pic of this:

He said he would be willing to buy her for me as a present and bring her up to sheffield (uni) when we both go on saturday. in a home made safe cage with everything she needs.
I do have a spare cage at home that i could take so space is not an issue for them plus i have 2 spare wheels, extra houses and everything.
So now i have to decide if I want this cute little thing that noone wanted.
What should i do???
any advice is welcome

At eight weeks it is possible that your ham will accept her as a baby still, and therefore with no trouble at all, but it's more likely she's just that week or two over, and therefore like introducing any adult hams together. It could go really well, and still being young it's not like trying to house say two males at their peak. You would just have to be prepared to house her separately and have three single robos should it not work out

As long as you have the space for 3 separate robos, I would say yes, yes, do it! But I'm not known for my restraint in these departments....

I would get her And as Poms said, I'd try introducing her to one of yours that you think would be most likely to work out but watch them carefully and be ready to separate. Also... make sure they are going to be the same sex if they are to be housed together... Some stores are not very good at sexing properly
