The Girls! (PIC HEAVY!!!)
I only have 4 girl hamsters at the moment! Very rare for me. On the 25th of next month I'm getting (hopefully) a huge haul of hamsters from 2 breeders, most of which will be purebred girl Campbell's, so that's good. But for now, it's just them.
First, Phoenix. She was born in October, 2013, and is lovely! I adore her eyes. She's the Sixlets big sis. Her dad is the late Uno, my sweet little man gone too soon. I kept her because she looks just like him. When I look into her eyes, I see his.
Zelda is getting older! I got her from a breeder last year. She's Phoenix's grandmother. She also has lovely eyes I'm in love with her ears!
My favourite pic-
Daisy is Phoenix's aunt, Zelda's daughter, and Rebel's sister. She's tiny! Phoenix weighs much more than her!
Rebel is a rebel. Escaping, gender-changing, fighting, food strikes, and faking death are all tricks she uses on me. Her cage has 3 locks on it!
Hope you enjoyed meeting the gals !

8 hammies, all dwarfs except Colby Jack. I usually have about 12-15, but no babies right now ! Like I said though, will be getting up to 10 new hammies from a breeder in late May. I'm so excited! And I'll have babies soon.
And my (human) family gets so confused when I'm like, "This is X. She's X's mother, X's daughter, X, X, and X's sister, X's grandmother, X, X, X, and X's aunt..."
The problem with my hamstery at the moment is that all my girls are related! That's not good, lol.

And thank you to the mod who moved this to the Campbell's section! I didn't realise I had it in the wrong spot until after I had posted it. Oops!

Haha, thank you! And Daisy, Rebel, and Phoenix say yes, they do! But Zelda says she'll pound any boy who gets near them .

Aww, they're a cute little family. Rebel sounds like a total character! I'd love to know more about her antics. Zelda is especially cute. I love the way she looks at the camera.

Thank you!
Rebel is definitely a little crazy girl.
At 4 days old she escaped the nest and moved to the other corner, at 13 days she tore her sister Daisy's ear, at 16 days she attacked her mother, at 2 months she escaped, at 4 months "he" turned out to be a "she", she's escaped 3 times after that(once when she was 19 days pregnant with Phoenix, I freaked), and she routinely plays dead, I pick her up and she doesn't move at all, just to "wake up" a few minutes later. She's definitely something!
Zelda is very photogenic!
