Re: Yoshi my Little Man!
Just give them a fright the next time you see a Chinese mixed with other hamsters and say, "you do know they will fight and kill one another don`t you?" If asked why you know this, just say you know a breeder of Chinese hamsters in the UK with years of experience (my nose is growing!!!)
Pet shops are sickeningly ignorant the world over.

Aw thanks for the welcome . You missed a lot, but hey, what's more fun than 25,000 posts to go through? Lol!

Haha, they'd just say, "he's not a Russian???" Lol. Will tell them that next time (hopefully there's not a next time!).
"Mommy...playpens are scary. Houses are comfy!"

Re: Yoshi my Little Man!
I was beginning to wonder if you had that brain function which said: You already HAVE...! and Now? You're expecting a LITTER!? Now that we know you do have that voice of reason? I'm really glad you ignored it completely!!!
It's not everyday we get a hammy right under our noses. I may have to scour all the petshops and see if I can find hamsters who need a'rescuin!!!

There are two parts of me; the part that loves animals, and the part that thinks logically. The animals part wins every time. Every time.

Re: Yoshi my Little Man!
Excuse my thumbnail; after breaking it(volleyball) and trying to keep it on with glue, I eventually gave up and now I have no thumbnail left.

Thank you DrK!
Yoshi visited the fence !
He wasn't going to fall though, I had something under him ready to catch him. No worries .
