Males are pretty obvious in the Chinese hamster
Did you notice any males in the tank? You can usually see a bulge appearing on the tummy in front of the hind legs but this sometimes does not show till nearer birth. Sometimes you get behaviour changes such as nesting and cage trashing early when the hormones kick in. She may just be naturally larger, not be from the same litter and be older or be hogging the food and eating more than her sister so make sure you scatter food all over the cage. It would be an idea to treat her as if she were pregnant and feed plenty protein.
