Nectar's litter (15 babies!!)
Nectar had her first litter yesterday morning. I can't believe how many there are, don't know where she hid them lol I thought maybe about 8-10 cause she was obviously pregnant but I've seen a lot bigger!! Nectar was from the first litter sired by Simba (who I've already mentioned as fathering some big litters) and looks like its a family trait!

still 15 at the last count looks like a variety of colours again- theres 1 with red eyes, some still pink but with dark eyes, and some dark skinned (solid and banded).

Wow a huge litter! I hope things continue to progress well and Nectar is a good first time mum.

Thanks. Looking good so far and I've previously had hammy raise 14 successfully as her first litter (she had been one of 14 herself too!) but since the litter of 18 a few months ago all died I'm trying not to get my hopes up this time!
