We contacted Amazon yesterday, and as you said colliewobbles, they were fantastic about it! I've got the box ready to take to the post office, and I'll get a full refund (I wasn't able to get a replacement as it was a warehouse deal).

That sucks about the HH corners, though.
But, actually, after seeing the cage - it's great (nice and big!) - but I may go for another cage that's a similar size. I still might end up with a HH though, if I can get it for a good price, xD.

And yeah, StarlightSerenity, it was one with two shelves. I realised it wouldn't come with a sputnik shortly after it arriving. I wasn't expecting it to have two shelves though!
Also: just as a side not, how do you attach the pink shelf to the bars? I couldn't for the life of me figure it out!

Yeah you do Hold the pink shelf in the corner, and just put the screws in. I have to get my other half to help me as I'm not tall enough to reach the back of the cage and hold the shelf in at the same time when its on the desk. There are little yellow parts in the pink shelf which the green screws screw into which you can move about to get them into the right position.
