That's what I thought Drago, I just didn't trust my guess!

Today I'm going to introduce some of the horses at the yard I ride and work at. I'll post more about them later on but I've had a few technical problems today so don't really want to re-type what I was going to post for a third time!

The first picture is of a horse called Blaze. She was the first horse that I rode at my stables and was very sweet, but she was sadly put to sleep last year after being ill for a while. The next photo is of Treacle. I rode him for about a year after I lost my confidence at another yard and he really helped me get it back, even if he is very lazy! The third horse is Bertie. I moved onto him after someone in my lesson who was riding Blaze started riding Treacle and although he was lovely, he was quite easy to ride so I moved onto Bobby, who I am still riding now. The last two pictures are of him. He is very grumpy, can be lazy and has days where he decides he is scared of everything but I love him anyway!

Sorry for the short post, it was longer before my computer crashed and made me re-write it!

All of these horses are beautiful! I have a soft spot for horses as well. I work part time as a stablehand so I'm familiar with the typical horsey attitude

Gorgeous horses. Always been envious of people who are able to ride. Maybe some day I will learn!

Thanks everyone, I hope you get to ride one day AprilPearl

Todays post will be about another previous hamster, Noodle. She was a normal Chinese hamster and was my first and so far only Chinese. Me and my siblings got Noodle from the adoption part of pets at home after falling in love with her at a hamster workshop (It was pretty terrible really but we got a hamster out of it so that part wasn't too bad!). We kept her in a very small cage (which I feel terrible about now) but she seemed fairly happy considering that. She was fairly shy but was very sweet and would happily sit on your lap and fall asleep. After owning her for around 6 weeks she became very aggressive very suddenly (which we now believe was down to her being ill and in pain) and also started bar chewing and biting a lot, neither of which she had done before. She became very difficult to handle so didn't get much interaction in her final days. Sadly she then passed away after a week of this at the age of 4-5 months. Looking back there are many things I would've done differently, and I hope nothing like that will happen again after having it happen with her. Rest in Peace Noodle <3

Noodle looks very cute, so sorry she didn't live so long I'm sure though that she had a better life with you guys than she would in that petstore

Noodles looks adorable, I have such a soft spot for little Chineseys

I think we all look back & think we could have done things differently somewhere along the line but it does sound as though she was a happy little ham until she became unwell, it's so sad when they leave us so young but I'm sure you did your best for her.

Noodles may have had a short life with you but, you gave her love and a home.
I think all of us wish we could've changed how we done things in the past as a hamster owner. But we learn from it.
Gorgeous pics of Noodles.
