Hello! I recommend making sure that your hands don't smell like food before handling her, especially if you recently touched hamster food. Hamsters don't have very good eyesight, so it's easy for her to mistake your hand for a treat based off smell.
If this doesn't work and Malory still tries to bite, gently blow in her face as a reprimandment, because hamsters really don't like this. A negative reaction to biting should teach her that it's not okay, and eventually she'll learn to stop. Make sure to praise her if she crawls on your hand and doesn't bite.
