I'd say probably a Syrian, Mink Satin (possibly rex ) Long haired.
The colour is a little unclear without seeing the undercoat. Could be an older Dove or another mix colour.

Yes, he is an Odd-eye (black and ruby) Long-haired Satin Rex, but I am unsure about the color. The fur is white just below the chin, but the rest looks like a mink or a dove, as you have said.

It's not uncommon to have the white under the chin and as little socks.

souffle, you are a breeder, correct? I want to ask you what would be the pups if I were to pair him with a golden agouti? Are they all going to be golden?

You need to have a pedigree for both the male and female. You should then be able to determine exactly what the colour of that male is and what recessive genes he might carry. It would depend on whether the Golden carried any shared recessives what colour the pups would be.

Since I do not know both of their parents, is it possible to determine once they have their offspring?

Since I do not know both of their parents, is it possible to determine once they have their offspring? Also, since the male is a long-haired satin rex and the female is a normal short-haired golden agouti, will any of their pups be at least a satin or rex?

Satin is dominant so half the pups will be satin if they obey the laws of genetics which they seldom do.
Rex is recessive so they need one rex gene from each parent to be rex. All pups will get one from the male however the female would need to be a rex carrier to have rex pups.
Long hair is also recessive so unless the female carries LH there will not be any LH pups.
It's really important you know what you are doing with breeding as mating certain things can cause problems. Never mate satin to satin. Never mate any white belly carriers (roan or white belly or patterns that could hide white belly) as you can then risk getting eyeless whites.

This is very educational. I've learned a lot just from this post alone. I am already aware of the lethal genes. So, since the male is a long-haired rex, and the female is a short-haired, their pups are not rex but will be long-haired rex carriers, correct?
