Looks like Welsh boy Clive is yet another adoption failure.

I left him alone for a while because he's so timid and shy but started to stroke him a few days ago.

A couple of days ago i started to tame him which i do outside the cage. The hamster playground is ideal for that because i sit on the floor and let him walk onto my lap while stroking him. He runs around me on the floor so gets used to me while playing.
When i carried him back in the Twiglets tube he tried to climb out so i sat down and picked him up to put him back in his bin cage. I had no plans to pick him up so early on but i didn't get bitten which is very promising.
