Yes, i was going to go to Holland & Barrett after work. I want to bake sugar, fat and flour free biscuits for Rory's birthday this week. I may use some coconut now instead of walnut or maybe make two different mixtures.

We're having a right little hamster party here. Now Jack found his piece of birthday biscuit. Jack doesn't waste time running off to hide his goodies. He eats it there and then.
