You can't remove the wheel, they do really need that in the cage, can you rearrange things to make it more difficult for her to climb on the wheel possibly? Does she have enough other kinds of enrichment to distract her, things like deep substrate to dig in (at least 20cm preferably more), scatter feeding so she can forage for her food, chews like whimzees which they really enjoy, that kind of thing should keep her occupied enough to stop climbing on the wheel.
