Bianca is a very pretty little thing even if you think she looks like a Fresian cow..!
On a different note, you may want to consider in getting a bigger cage for her so she has lots of space.
Have a look at Zooplus for ideas, they are very good value too. Alaska and Barney cages are popular with owners, Ghost our Syrian lives in an Alaska cage.

Aww those latest pics are just too adorable! Bianca sure is a very photogenic, darling ham. Hehe, I also thought she had a cute Friesan cow pattern, too; she is just all the more charming and endearing because of it. She is your super-mini-cow, lol. I just love her!!!
