Yo yo hamster fam, Kenneth here. My mother is ill today with a bad cold so she says I'm not coming out of my cage tonight because she doesn't want me to get germs, so I'm having a night in! Guess what though, she's let me have a nice crust of seeded bread which is one of my favourite treats. So not so bad! Might flick through Rodent Netflix and see if there's a new series of Game Of Hamster Wheels out yet! After my training session for the hamlympics of course. Byeee!

I'm sorry that you have a bad cold, Turrican! I hope that you will have a complete and speedy recovery. I know it must be hard not to play with your sweetie, but you are definitely doing the best thing possible by staying away until you are all better. You are such a good mum. It sounds like Kenny will have fun watching his series on Rodent Netflix, lol. What a fun way to pass the time until you are completely well and able to play with him again! His crust of seeded bread sounds splendid, too. Eros always loves that treat, too. Kenny, keep training for the hamlympics because a gold medal is waiting for you to claim it.

Aw thanks Lizzy and Dream. Kenny was perfectly content having his big night in last night and there was no bar chewing. He was running on the wheel for ages as per! Although all this exercise hasn't helped slim his big bottom down! I love his chubby butt it's so cute and funny! I can't wait to get better and be able to play wih him again. I hope he doesn't forget me and bite me after a few days of not seeing me as I know they can forget us without regular contact.

Don't worry about Kenny forgetting about you or biting. I'm sure he will be thrilled to play with you again when you are feeling well. The two of you have created a very special bond so a few days without physical interaction won't change things. Right now, just take care of yourself and focus on getting better. Kenny trusts you and knows how much you love him.

Thanks Dreamtree. I'm much better now and he's been out for a play. He didn't bite me or anything, yay! Although he did a few poops on me. But that's always been Kenneth's favourite hobby!
