Love Newt's adorable expressions with his cheeks full of apple. He looks like he was trying to take off with the whole thing lol. He's looking very well for his age. Hopefully he enjoys the renovations to his house with the extra bedding and bigger nest.

Good to have lots of news and photos of Newtie. Love him with the apple but his expression and ears up in the fourth one is terrific. Don't they love conquering the sofa cushions! Maestro does not do much when he is out but he does do that.
Your posts about the Rodipet food mixes are interesting. I remember using the senior one when Mocho was a year old but he always left the insects. Be interesting to know what you and Newtie think of the organic mix.
Partial cage clean? Poor Newtie but glad he is settling with it.

Newt has got over his cage clean well and seems to approve and enjoying it now - plus wanting to come out at night and having fun too - he seems quite perky.

Some photos of Newt taken during the summer holidays when he was checking out the X wing fighter. His coat has improved a lot since then. Been giving him linseeds every day and he likes them. He still has the odd slightly baldy area though.

Yes, linseeds go down well here too! Love these photos. In the third one the side view of Newt's coat looks fine, lovely and soft I bet. Just the face a bit affected, probably by the summer heat. The last shot is so cute.

Thank you all Yes it was noticeable round his face and a bit behind his ears - depends on the angle of the photo as to how his fur looked but this one was taken at the same time and you can see the baldy patches - both sides near his scent glands. All his fur is much improved now but still a bit baldy near the scent glands (not as bad as in the summer though) so maybe it was just a moult - it did start with the hot weather.
