Eros - A 007 Hammy Secret Agent!

Master Harvey, my mum told me that you were missing your American-hampal. I miss you very much, too. In fact, I miss all of the two-leggeds and the rest of the hamgang. It was just so exciting to be surrounded with so many of my friends that I had to take a nice long sleepytime to rejuvenate my energy level back to being the Energizer Bunny. Fortunately, I'm back to my active self again. I must have had Mum worried about me a bunch since she just kept on doing her little whistle call for me and tried to bribe me with some extra treats since I have been more elusive for the past few days.

Today, I had plenty of outside of my bin fun hanging out with Mum. I think that I surprised her a bit since I jumped onto her hand, scurried up her arm, and tickled her with my whisker kisses all the way up to her neck. She was as happy as can be and I could see the concern wash away from her face as she cuddled me in her arms and told me how much she loves me and am glad that I came out to play. I played peek-a-boo, ran through the Lego maze, and tried to acquire some skills at Leap Frog. I decided to practice my froggy jumps so I could strive to be Artie's twin one day since he seemed to be thoroughly enjoying the art of being a frog so much on the hamweb video Mum showed me the other day. I can't quite get the knack of frog croaking and don't think I'll be dying my locks green anytime in the near future, but it sure was tons of fun leaping from place to place and seeing how far I could go in one hop. I also decided to go on a sprint to the finish line. Mum took a picture of me with my luscious locks blowing in the wind behind my ears. (I suppose that Black Thingy (a.k.a. C-A-M-E-R-A) also must have missed me a bunch, also.) I don't have a gorgeous mane like Quigley, but my squiggly strands do seem to fit me well, I believe. Don't you agree?


After a few extra treats and a sliver of crunchy carrot, Mum told me that this month, many two-leggeds around here will be going to S-K-U-L-L? or maybe it's S-C-H-O-O-L to learn how to do things as two-leggeds so they can grow into smart and big two-leggeds one day. Oh well, it all seemed quite confusing to me so I decided to look up at Mum in awe as she told me about this two-leggeds' hideout with the flag, an apple, and books, and stuff, again. I'm sure glad that I'm not a two-legged. It's so much easier being four-legged.

Yippee, no S-C-H-O-O-L for me; Pfwoo. . . what a relief! I already don't have much time with all of my secret agent missions, nibbling on snacks, tapping away on the hamnet with all of my great hamgang from all over the world, munching on more goodies, practicing my musical talents for the next EHO, scarfing down as quickly as possible all of Thin Lizzy's Air Express meals, playing with Mum, filling up my tummy again to full capacity, taking a few ZZZZzzz's, running on my Wheel of SPEED, and. . . did I mention gobbling up goodies???? I think I am quite the busy ham so thanks to BP and Coco, I don't think I'll be attending S-C-H-O-O-L unless it is to Pumpkin University so I can learn from the true master and get into some mischief with all of my hampals, too, of course. Thanks, two-legged buddies for getting me off the hook (whatever that means).

BP and Coco, thanks also for saying that you approve of my wispy-do. I was getting afraid that they may be getting slightly out of control at times, but I think I may just keep them since they appear to be my signature look.

BP, I enjoyed meeting all of your hamily, too. In fact, I had the greatest time with all the hammies and their two-leggeds. Please tell Artie that I never think his ham-bros are blobby; they are all quite distinguished in their own unique way. Of course, you look exceptionally handsome with your red-hearted, googly eyes for Zen, too.

Eeek, I missed one of those tricky little mealworms. He was stuck to my tiny left paw. . . what a sneeky little creepy trying to do the great escaperoo. No fear, I got him just where I want him - in my tummy now, of course.

Thank goodness I'm now back to my dancing on the keyboard thingy. I would hate to keep all of my pals waiting, you know? Well, this afternoon, Mum took me out for a little playtime with the flowers. Don't worry two-leggeds, they are what you like to call artificial since Mum says hydrangeas aren't good to eat for hammies. She's quite the hovering and overprotective Mum, and I'm sure lucky she's always making sure I'm in tip top condition. I loved that she hid some mealworms around so I could search for them. She knows that I get so thrilled going on these scavenger hunts for yummies. Here are a few images of me that Mum had black thingy capture to show you all. I think I'll have to let C-A-M-E-R-A know that I need double the treats next time. Whahahaha! Less treats equals no pics - see I am pretty smart, don't you agree?

This is me going on the prowl for creepy crawlies. . . none were safe while I was on a mission to gobble.


Here I am munching on the villainous mealworms. You're under arrest. . . so all six legs up, please! I need to do a thorough interrogating before. . . oops, I ate one before he was able to divulge all of his pertinent info concerning their latest hideout.


As I said, no more pics C-A-M-E-R-A until more goodies are presented. I sure look coy as I make my demands known, right? Oh, no. . . you weren't supposed to take that one, too, Black Thingy! That's breaking all of the rules; I'm not even finished with the negotiation stage yet. You sure are the naughty C-A-M-E-R-A, aren't you? Thankfully, Mum thought I deserved a little extra yummies since I'm quite the good and persuasive ham princess. I sure have her wrapped around my tiny, itsy-bitsy paws.


Now for a tiny snooze to catch a few extra ZZZzz's before Mum finds me during a nice hide-n-seek game. I think this spot is the perfect place to have a little shut eye.


Good luck to all of the two-leggeds who are going to attend their S-C-H-O-O-L now or later. Mum, Snickers, and I will keep all of our paws crossed for you. Hope your classes go well and you get all A's (I suppose that's for apple?) Two-leggeds sure are silly!!!!

I absolutely love the photos of Eros enjoying herself whilst hunting for her mealworms - it's looks she had a lot of fun. The 2nd photo is so incredibly cute! Eros, that does look like an ideal spot to have a quick snooze - you look very comfy and relaxed!
