Oh Eros we could never forget you! Glad to see you are still looking your gorgeous fluffy best. Sounds as though you have been spoilt rotten! That house is truly amazing... Your human did a lovely job designing it. Wish I could commission something similar for Quigley - maybe when I have a bit more cash in the bank lol. I'm sure Quigley would ove climbing all over something like that. It even has its own little stairs, so cute.

While family was over, Eros also had the wonderful opportunity to try a carrot for the very fist time. She loved it and especially enjoyed the crunching sound it made when she nibbled on it. However, no matter how many times I tried to capture Eros eating the slice of orange-colored deliciousness (a.k.a. carrot), she always managed to instantly turn her back toward the camera just before I clicked the button. Eek, I suppose she needs to review more on SKB's Pumpkin's Guide to - How To Pose For Your Human's Camera!. Pumpkin's helpful hints should have made this photo opportunity run all the smoother, but silly, SILLY, determined Eros suddenly became quite coy and just couldn't seem to remember one of the most important steps: Step #1 "Remember To Look At The Camera!". Oh, well! I decided to include this pic just for the sake of documenting this carrot eating experience. I'm so sorry for the blur and backside, but it does show the experience accurately. Hee-HEE!!!!


She also was introduced to a long strand of spaghetti. Needless to say, she absolutely adored it. If I didn't know better, I would think that she was a bit Italian, lol. Thanks to everyone on HC and their hammies for inspiring me to try Eros on spaghetti; it is now one of her prized foods (although she can't have it too often). She slurped it up so quickly that it vanished in a flash. So, SOOOOO. . . cute! She also discovered that spaghetti was much better when bent prior to slurping it into her cheek pouches. Therefore, she could get the experience of eating two strands at the same time so to speak.


I stuffed my cheek pouches, and now they are lopsided, too. Eeeeeeek, what to do, what to do. . . ?


Now it's time for a good, thorough cleaning. Oh no, Eros! You can't lick your toes in public; it just isn't ladylike. I know you are such a clean princess, but that may be a little extreme, don't you think? :0

Burakki's Marti, congrats on 'borrowing' one of your hooman's rectangulars. What a sneaky and much approved, well-done job. Your skills are exemplary. Yes, you should grant your mum forgiveness because I have been missing from the site for approximately a month which seems like forever in hamtime. Yes, I often stand on my hind legs in front of my Wheel of Speed and spin it around with my arms, too. Just like your hooman, my Mum thinks I'm a bit crazy, too. I suppose all of my silliness is due to my crazy eyes; they make me do all sorts of funny things to make Mum giggle to the floor. Whahahaha!!!! I would love to demand seeing a recording of the sparkling fireworks , but silly Mum has yet to purchase a V-I-D-E-O-C-A-M-E-R-A. I hope that you can get a designer hideout one day, too. Tell your hooman that it isn't too expensive, and boats have nothing to do with it. Silly two-leggeds always referring to ships when discussing whether or not to get stuff for us; how could they?!?

Ruth Edwards, no it isn't a cake, although Mum would probably love to pipe a cake like that one day. She loved to do intricate piping designs on homemade cakes whenever she had the time in past, so maybe this will inspire her for future cake decorating ideas. I sure hope that her next cake is made with mealworms, broccoli, sweet peppers (no matter what the color), carrots, seeds, and spaghetti. Wouldn't that be absolutely scrumptious and mouth-watering? I sure hope I could guard it properly because I wouldn't want all the two-leggeds to munch on it before I get my ample share of yummy cake first. Please tell Daisy and Cotton that I give them a high-four!

BP's Boris, Pasha, Jaska, and Artie, thanks for never forgetting about me know matter how long I'm away from HC. My mum and I could never forget about you all and your mum, too. Yes, Snickers, Mum, and I have been having a total blast while family were visiting. Our house was extra full of laughter and more and more silliness, too. I have been enjoying my new hideout tremendously. Although it's Syrian-sized, I think it is quite spacious. Since us hammies tend to love squishing ourselves in tight spaces, I think it would be a ball for all of you to move in. We could invite everyone else, too, have a hamparty, jam to our favorite tunes, and stuff our cheek pouches to the max. Sadly, I don't think our hoomans would enjoy moving in because it will be an awfully squishy place then. I'm sure all the two-leggeds would enjoy partying together, too, but in my mum's 'B-I-G' house instead of my much smaller one. Maybe they could play some board games, card games, or video games. Oh, who am I kidding, they will most definitely be giggling at us because we are all so much cooler than any of those.

AprilPearl, my mum and I could never possibly forget you or Quigley, too. Please, PLEASE get Quigley one of these hideouts. I just know that he would love it to pieces. Don't think about the cost, nothing's too expensive for charming, handsome Quigley. Just look at those puppy dog eyes and melt into puddle and buy him all that he can possibly desire. Just kidding, I would love for Quigley to move in with me. We are having a hamparty now so come on over and enjoy the fun. BTW, thanks for appreciating my gorgeous fluffiness, but I do believe that Quigley has me beat on fluff with that amazing skirt of his.

Coco, I am so glad that you think I'm so funny on my Wheel of Speed. I have the greatest time coming up with innovative ways to use it 'properly'! Mum thinks I'm quite the silly gal, too, so I suppose it is unanimous. Thanks for the compliment on my house's beauty. I love it and feel it is quite magical and whimsical. It brings the outside in since I'm not allowed to go outside since there are plenty of dogs, cats, and crazy drivers in the big, outside world. Please let Mocho know a high-four is coming his way.

WOW! So many Eros pics, so much beauty, cuteness, cheekiness, naughtiness and so much laughter from me.
I love the hideout, and stuffed pouches. The pic of her lopsided cheeks made me roar with laughter especially the position of her paws. She's so stunning!

Cotton would definitely like some of that mealworms cake! Yum. Daisy is more of a hoarder, she doesn't seem to eat or wee, just drink and poo. And save up for a rainy day or if mum leaves Dylan in charge, god forbid. Dylan is Cottons hamdad, but he's not that great at remembering the food and water!

Last night, I was thoroughly surprised to discover that I had a miniature horse in my home. As I was listening to Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Tales of Winter on CD, I turned around to see if Eros was up from her nap. To my amazement, she was performing a full equestrian dressage routine right before my very eyes. As each beat was played in the song, she moved accordingly. It was absolutely amazing and made me truly wish that I had a video camera to record her and her wonderful talent. I couldn't help beaming from ear to ear in pride and happiness. She was such a cutiepie looking all proud of herself with head held high. It was truly a sight to see, and her doing it with her twin made it double the fun. I just died laughing.

She certainly has got the hang of eating spaghetti anyway lol, love that picture with her doubling the spaghetti up, and the next one is so cute too They all are, there can't be a picture of Eros that isn't cute lol.

I know how you feel about the fluffy bum shots, I set up a nice little scene (nice by my unadventurous standards anyway) for Boris and I could not get one shot of him facing the camera, and even when he did turn around he was sniffing at the ground so I still couldn't see his face. 50 pictures of Boris's fluffy butt lol. I think Eros and Boris should maybe get some extra tuition from Pumpkin as they seem to be missing the main points lol.

I was trying not to look at the website that you got Eros's beautiful hideout but my willpower vanished and I had to have a look, so much nice stuff

Thought I would nab my Hoomans flat device thingy that he is always using to speak to all the Hams and Hoomans on here.
I am doing my very best to confuse my Hooman, this morning just for fun I went to bed in my house the long way or wrong way according to my Hooman, I was on top of my house and instead of getting down and going through the front door, I climbed down the little gap by the side and burrowed into it from below....Hehehehe
Work that out Mr Hooman.
