Wow, just look at all that fur! Cactus is very cute. Does he need to be brushed a lot to keep his fur from knotting up?

I've had longhair Syrians in the past, and they all needed to be brushed frequently. Cactus, on the other hand, seems to have experienced no problems with his fur knotting, so I don't have to brush him too often.

I've never had to brush my female longhair Syrian.She does get substrate stuck in her fur sometimes though,but that comes off easy with gentle rubbing!It might be different for males as they have much longer fur
