Oh my, Fudge is absolutely beautiful! He looks a little light to be a golden, might he be a cinnamon?
Congrats on getting him, I bet he'll have a great home with you!

Congratulations on adopting Fudge. He looks like he's doing well on his first day home. It is recommended to leave them completely alone for the first few days, even up to a week or however long your hammy needs to adjust to his new home. You'll have a more confident hammy if you allow him to settle in. Just change food and water only. Can I ask what cage you have him in?
