Yes Hannah, that is a dog treat. It is actually a dog chew called whimzees. They are fairly common, and I know of many HC members that use to them. They are a very hard vegetable based dog chew and are perfectly safe for hamsters. I love that it takes a week or two for her to finish it! Plus, Tori absaloutly adores them! I highly recommend them if you can find some!
I've heard of them! I've seen them in a petshop before so hopefully I can get one or two of them!

Thanks everyone for the kind replies. I have been busy the last few days and it Tori has been quite sleepy, so it has been hard to take pictures. I have been able to log on to HC in my small amounts of spare time and I just now found out that my picture I entered for the front page was excluded because the pic wasn't showing up.
