Depends on several factors. For a Syrian hamster from a pet shop it's ok, though a bit on the small side. One weighing won't tell you much though. You need to be weighing regularly to get a baseline, so if your hamster normally weighs around 110 grams and then one day you weigh her and she's 130 or 90 then you know there's been a drastic change for some reason and you can do something about it. You also need to do health checks so you can detect changes in other parts of her body. By feel you can tell whether your hamster feels "bony", which could be a sign of weight loss or dehydration, or "fat" which could indicate overfeeding or bloat among other things.
