Re: Mealworms
from what i have read on the forum from other clever people the answer is Yes like Diego says but its better to use freeze dried and not fried (bird ones) .
Im sure some other clever people can explain more, but i know for sure meal worms are in some food mixes, but unsure on quantity allowed

Re: Mealworms
The fried ones are the most commonly found in shops but they're very fatty. If you're going to buy the ones in the packet (as opposed to tinned or even live ones) make sure to read the label and get the dried ones.

Re: Mealworms
I seem to remember Cypher saying freeze dried ones are best. I haven't tried it myself yet although Charlie has had the odd dried cricket (uurgh!). Live mealworms are a no no as apparently they have jaws and can bite hammies. Seriously!
