An adventure of sniffing and book chewing!

Haymitch, my Syrian hamster, has a REALLY small cage at the moment (a mini duna, ugh - I should not have listened to the P@H people!) so I thought that he'd like to go for a run. At first he just looked around in his ball, but then he started sniffing everything in sight Blankets, paper, my foot... and then he walked over to a book and tried to chew it through the ventilation slots He's so adorable! He's back in his cage now so that he can eat and drink and sleep and play and various other hamsterish things

Sounds cute! I don't like the cages at pets at home, some of them are so tiny!! Hopefully you will be able to upgrade it! My first hamster got bored in her tiny cage and wanted to chew it all the time, so i added a diy bin cage onto it using tubes There was much more room!
