I definitely can understand that! Almond and Nutmeg are both so different from my Ted E. Bear. Funny, but every single ham I have had has their own unique personality. CeeCee's going to keep you hopping.
I had two syrian hams when I was quite young (8 and 11, now 25!) and they were both so calm and friendly (and I was a literal child!) that I didnt realise the complex spectrum that is syrian personalities until 5 months ago! I've had a sudden and exciting awakening!
I can't imagine what is going to be like when I get a dwarfie... With Christmas coming up and all...
Pre Christmas cage clean did not go well! Ceecee had a run in her ball then a break on the sofa with me to try and get her used to tv noises (she will be in the cosy sitting room at mums house, not my freezing cold one!) and problems occurred!!
1) Top cage detached from main cage because SOMEONE chewed the hell out of the connector! Again! I only noticed because she was right beside me trying to wriggle out of a 1cm gap! Ahh!
2) Same tube came apart at the other end because I had cracked a connector plate, it hadnt been an issue until the cage was on a slight angle. Grrr!
3) She is apparently not a fan of QI... Okay, I guess Fry is not to everyone's taste, he does have issues with regards to his opinions on women, well pointed out my love.
We are both at fault here, I admit, and we have reconciled over cheese and apologetic (I think) cute licking of fingers with minimal nibbles. I may still have something to make up for though because I totally messed up her beautiful nest...

This is actually her second, she ATTACKED the first but I didn't get it on camera and she was a lot less enthusiastic the second time around. I need new treat ideas
How did I not see these gorgeous pics of CeeCee sooner? She is one gorgeous hammie! She looks so cosy! Do you still use care fresh and would you recommend it?
