Five baby Syrians.
Today the rescue had five new additions.
Their story is pretty complicated and it has a lot of details, so I will just give a little explanation of their background.
Their mother was bought pregnant. The owner had kept having ten baby hamsters a secret. Her carers found out and did their best to help find them new homes, including contacting me to take on the remaining five pups that they had not found homes for.
They were pretty hungry when they first arrived, I believe the owner wasn't really feeding them. Needless to say, I gave them a lot of food.
They are sleeping right now, pretty exhausted from the day I would say.
I'm going to sex them properly later and separate them. They had a look and thought they were all boys but I am pretty sure there is a girl or two as well.
Will be posting updates on their progress.

They are absolutely gorgeous little fluffs. Will keep an eye on this thread

Thank you everyone They are real beauties, I've had some handling sessions tonight and I have to say the two goldens are more willing to climb on my hand. The creams are a bit more skittish.

Oh, they are lovely little babies SinNYx. I hope they find forever homes and have wonderful lives. Sometimes people may have difficulty understanding the needs of pets. I'm glad someone found out about the hidden little family and was able to step in. It's a good thing you were able to help them all.
